CWC Fundraiser Receipts

CWC Fundraiser Receipts is Cowboy Wrestling Club’s receipt service for the Smoked Meat Fundraiser. This informational page does not accept orders, collect payments, or display customer or board records.

How payment confirmations work

After an approved CWC board representative verifies a payment, the receipt service prepares a payment confirmation showing the order number, purchased items, amount paid, payment method, pickup information, and athlete attribution where applicable. An order submission or a customer’s report of payment is not proof that payment was received.

Receipt emails are sent from cowboywc@gmail.com. The Gmail connection uses permission to send email on CWC’s behalf. It does not request permission to read the mailbox. Customers do not need to connect their Google account to receive a receipt.

Receipt delivery and test records

Public ordering is open. Customer payment receipts are sent only after an approved board member verifies payment. Submitting an order does not send a payment receipt or charge a card. Historical test records are separate from live orders, do not represent money received, and never earn athlete credit. Board records remain restricted to approved members.
